Civil Mediation
If you are in deadlock with your negotiations, we can offer mediation as a better way of resolving conflict. Mediation allows both parties the opportunity to move forward and come to a mutual resolution.
The advantages of mediation are as follows:

- It avoids lengthy and costly court claims
- It has a high success rate
- It enables the parties to reach their own solution
- It maintains mutual trust and confidence between the parties
- It saves time
The role of the mediator is to act as a facilitator to open up lines of communication to enable the parties to reach settlement. The mediator is impartial and has no authority to impose an agreement.
